Following on the announcement of their expansion into Kenya through the ContiPartner and Conti Associated Programme, Continental Tyre now wishes to introduce the market to its truck tyre service offering - Conti360° Fleet Services. This service is now available to transport companies operating in Kenya and includes the recommendation and perfect selection of truck tyres, and the ongoing monitoring and reporting on the tyres of the whole fleet. With Conti360° Fleet Services, Kenyan fleets get an all-round professional tyre service.
Under the management of Darwin Zabala, General Manager of Continental Tyres Truck Business Unit for the Sub Saharan African region, a team of experienced tyre specialists through their partners Silverstone are offering support services for fleets. The individual elements of Conti360° Fleet Services enable fleets to achieve the lowest cost per kilometer:

ContiPressureCheck, often referred to as CPC, constantly monitors tyre pressures and the temperature of each tyre. It provides real time, on demand tyre status information.
Premium retreadability thanks to a premium casing.
ContiTread, a premium tread which is produced using Continental’s compounds and tread designs, will be launched in 2017. Tyres will get new tread and an extended service life resulting in reduced tyre costs for the fleet.

The Conti360° programme is set to bolster the Continental offering by so much more in the fleet services division,” says Zabala. Continental has already seen the first ContiPartner store managed by Azan Enterprises open in Mombasa.

To launch this initiative a delegation of Continental Tyre executives including Managing Director Shaun Uys and General Manager Marketing and Sales Ian Langlands, met with dealers and media at a special briefing session in Mombasa. Along with the introduction to the Conti360° Fleet Services programme the delegation will welcome the newly opened ContiPartner store to the programme and expound upon their growth plans, namely, vision 2025 for Africa.
